Dr. Prather believes primary care is where good heath starts. She focuses on giving patients the tools to help them take control of their health. By creating a physician-patient partnership, Dr. Prather helps center patient care around lifestyle and risk factor modification to help prevent or better manage conditions like diabetes, hypertension, gout, high cholesterol and heart disease. She also emphasizes the importance of early detection of diseases like cancer, autoimmune disease and infection, where early intervention makes a huge difference in outcome and quality of life.

Dr. Prather is a graduate of the University of Hawaii John A. Burns School of Medicine, the University of Southern California and Punahou School. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine with the Hawaii Residency Programs.

Although retired since 2020, Dr. Cachola cherishes her time as a primary care physician, having served our patients and community for over 45 years. Dr. Cachola completed her Medical Education at the University of the East in the Philippines. She immigrated to Hawaii with her family in 1972, and completed residency in Internal Medicine with the Hawaii Residency Programs.
